Container gate in / out Operating Hours

1. Please note the following reefer full / empty container pick-up or return operating hours: Effective from 2017/01/01, the container pick-up or return services will not be available from 00:00 to 08:00 each day. For this reason, please work out your plans beforehand. Actual tonnage charge.
2. Should you have special needs on Sundays, national holidays ( Memorial Day, Festivals and Labor’s Day, etc. ) and other non-office hours, please send a written request to us before 17:00 of the working day before the holiday. Described below are the charges that will be billed for such kind of service. Handling overtime fee: TWD 450/per container ( before tax ) and plug in/out overtime fee for reefer container: TWD 400/per container ( before tax ). The handling fee for non-containerized cargos or oversized containers will be charged according to actual rate.
3. Please be advised that the handling service ( pick-up and return will not be accepted ) will not be available from 00:00 to 08:00 from Sunday to Wednesday as of 2018/05/01. Should you have special needs, please send the request before 17:00 the day. After being accepted, we will assign our staffs to execute the overtime work and the fee will be charged according to actual rate.
